Rescue Me!

Every year, the Pensacola Humane Society (PHS) cares for thousands of dogs and cats in need. These dogs and cats need loving homes through no fault of their own. They all have a story, and they all wait patiently for a second chance.

That’s where the community comes in. Not only does adoption save the life of an animal in need, but it’s also more affordable than buying from a breeder. Plus, most shelter pets are already spayed, neutered and vaccinated. Research also consistently shows that pet ownership reduces stress and loneliness, though anyone who’s ever had an adoring dog or an indifferent cat could have told you that. Meet this year’s batch of super model pets. Maybe one of them is yours?
